Classes
-
> Afro Cubano — Aleida: Grounded footwork and island rhythm, taught by feel, not by counting.
> Cuban Salsa — Aleida: Fast, social, and endlessly forgiving — salsa the Cuban way.
> Bachata — Karo & Beto: Close, unrushed, and led by connection more than steps.
> Tango — Luz & Lucila: An embrace, a walk, and the quiet intensity of Argentine tango.
> Fusion Bellydance — Yoshi: Tradition reimagined — isolations, hip work, a style all her own.
> Tribal Bellydance — Yoshi: Grounded and communal — the group moves as one.
-
> Fluid Body — Sandra: Stretch, flow, and release for a stiff week.
> Shakti Flow — Begoña: A flowing practice that builds heat from the inside out.
> Sensual Floorwork — Begoña: Slow, grounded work close to the floor.
Heels — Sandra: Posture, attitude, and strength — heels optional, confidence isn't.> Ecstatic Dance — Valen: No steps, no mirror — just music and your own rhythm.
> Slow Flow — Daniella: A quieter practice for release and restoration.
-
> Embody Breathwork — Sylvia: A grounding breathwork practice that brings awareness into the body through breath, movement, and sensation. Release tension, deepen your connection to yourself, and create more space to feel, breathe, and be present.
> Facial Flow — Sylvia: A natural facial practice combining mindful movement, massage, and facial exercises to release tension and awaken the muscles. Improve circulation, soften facial tension, and reconnect with your face through intentional touch and breath.

Sylvia Birnbaum is a holistic wellness practitioner, breathwork facilitator, certified yoga teacher, founder of La Vera Natura, and curator of The Space Tulum, a wellness and movement studio. As curator, Sylvia thoughtfully selects the teachers and experiences that are offered at The Space, seeking facilitators who have dedicated years to their craft and bring depth, authenticity, and intention to their work. Each class and practice is designed to offer a different pathway into deeper connection—with the body, emotions, movement, and ultimately, with oneself.
A lifelong dancer, Sylvia began her journey through movement at the age of 13 and later trained in yoga, holistic health, breathwork, and somatic embodiment. She creates experiences that invite people to slow down, breathe deeper, move intuitively, and return to what feels true within themselves.
Her signature approach, Breathe & Beauty, explores the relationship between breath, embodiment, emotional release, and the way we inhabit our bodies. Through her work, Sylvia encourages a more intimate relationship with the body—not as something to perfect, but as something to listen to, feel, and come home to.

With over ten years of experience, Valentina has dedicated her life to helping people connect with their bodies. Her healing journey began at the age of 10, when her aunt offered her a Reiki course. She then started to feel and channel energy through her hands. For the past 10 years, she has been teaching yoga and sharing her therapy in Mexico, France, Argentina, India, and Indonesia. After ThetaHealing profoundly transformed her life in many positive ways, she decided to learn and share the technique to enhance the health, well-being, and happiness of others.
-
Professional Tribal and Fusion Bellydancer with 10 years of experience and a lifelong love of salsa. For the past five years, she has taught and accompanied women on their journey of reconnecting with their bodies, confidence, and sensuality. She is the creator of Tribu Oráculo, a community connecting women from around the world through dance, the heart, and the earth. For her, dance is a space where we can listen to our bodies through joy, sadness, anger, and, above all, truth. She believes it is essential to listen to what the body has to say.

Begoña is a yoga and embodiment guide devoted to the fusion of art, movement, sensuality and inner magic. With over 500 hours of certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial, and Tantra, her work weaves the body, breath, and energy into a language of connection and liberation.
For Begoña, dance and movement are the most powerful forms of medicine — sacred tools to express, connect, and release what words cannot. Her journey through sensuality and embodiment has been a deep path of healing and remembrance, one that transformed and saved her.
Today, she shares this wisdom to guide back into power, pleasure, and embodied truth, inviting each person to rediscover the body as a temple and movement as prayer.
